Ashley comes to mediation with a career spanning two decades in education and creative facilitation. As a mediator he offers an impartial and down-to-earth approach that helps puts clients at ease.

Following completion of FMC-approved mediation training, he achieved a distinction in the 2025 Family Law Microcredential from The Law Society, ensuring he is well-versed in current family law practice in England & Wales. Residing in Kent, Ashley holds a masters in Popular Music from Goldsmiths University, is a trained musician and alongside his mediation work, currently teaches at Imperial College London.

Ashley is a member of the Family Mediation Council as a mediator Working Toward Accreditation, and practices in line with national mediation standards.
