What else does the fee include?
All correspondence and case management while the mediation process gets started.

Where appropriate, joint mediation sessions (1.5hrs) may explore:
• Child arrangements
• Parenting communication
• Financial matters following separation, including property, debt, pensions, and more
• Any other issues you deem appropriate

Sessions can also be different lengths - charged at a flat rate of £100 per person per hour.

Joint sessions are arranged manually and may take place with an additional co-mediator, subject to availability.

What else does the fee include?
All correspondence for arranging the session, checking through your financial information (if relevant) and other session preparation, case management, and a session summary delivered after the session concludes.

Where mediation progresses, documentation may include:

• Open Financial Statement (OFS) (£50 pp)

• Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) (£100 pp)

• Parenting Plan (£100 pp)

• Concluding Statement (£50 pp)

These documents, aside from providing a main summary of any agreements reached, can also be taken to a solicitor for independent legal advice, or to be drafted into a consent order for court approval.

Where mediation involves arrangements for children, we offer a private mediation voucher which covers 50% of the cost of your first three joint mediation sessions. Worth up to £500.

How does this differ to the government Family Mediation Voucher Scheme?

The Government Family Mediation Voucher is £500 toward any case involving children that meets the eligibility criteria. Depending on the service and where VAT is involved, this can usually be used up in the first session for both party’s fees. It does not count toward assessment meetings. Our mediation voucher is instead split between the first three joint sessions, halving the fee for each party and spreading the savings over multiple sessions to make it easier to manage.

From the information you provide, we work to complete the form, helping ensure your application is clear, complete and ready to submit, to avoid any additional delays.

Following your session, you will be provided with a proof-checked ready-to-submit court form, along with additional information to ensure your application goes through smoothly and you understand the process, including what is likely to happen next.

The fee for the hour consultation with the mediator, as well as your final written-up application, cover letter template and associated information for submission is priced at £99.

Cancellation policy:

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations and rescheduling guidelines ensure that time and preparation are respected while maintaining flexibility.

Cancellations:
1. 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time, a £10 administration fee will be deducted from any refund.

2. Less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, 50% of the appointment fee will be retained and the remaining 50% refunded.

3. Less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or failing to attend the appointment, 100% of the appointment fee will be retained.
